Hi everyone π today I talk about a traditional but beautiful art topic Mandala art.
Let’s start : I think happiness comes from creating mandalas Or another art form. It does and it is true. I have seen it happen thousands of times. Honestly I don’t know how to draw mandala but when I saw this art it makes me happy and calm.
In our modern day life is demanding and we can feel disorientated, both personally and collectively regardless experience, education or cultural background.
Our energy levels become compromised and we cannot manage ‘extras’ such as taking care of ourselves; giving ourselves the time and space to replenish and heal.
We can lose connection, with what really matters to us. Our deeper selves are not being heard. I think it’s quite strange because few days ago this art form is popular but if we saw in history it established in first century.
Creating mandalas offers us a way reconnect and find emotional/spiritual support that enables wellbeing to happen. We begin the healing journey towards feeling good or well or strong to feeling well.
It is a creative and unique way to connect with the centre of our own being. And within our centre we can discover beauty and unexpected knowledge and strength.
It is a deeply satisfying process and you do not need to be an artist to do this.

At last I want to tell you that this is my first time to wrote about this type of art topic . If you don’t like it then please mention in comment . Likes and comments heartwarming welcome.β€οΈπ
I can try to improve my English writing skills if you see any mistakes please mention in comment πβΊοΈ
