Acceptance(makes life better)

Hi everyone 🙌

After a long break I start writing again 😂. During this break I had suffered some mental breakdown . But my problem is solved and I realized that when the problem goes away we say “how small the problem was”.

So let’s start 😊: today I’m writing what I felt about this situation.

There are two ways out of a problem: accept what’s happening, see the positive, and choose a peaceful state of mind; or fight against it, be miserable, and struggle against the universe.

Sometimes you’re an observer of other people’s lives and you think you’ll never experience what they’re living, whether it’s a positive or negative situation. You think, “That will never happen to me.”

Part of the real beauty of life is that it’s unpredictable. Nothing is permanent, everything changes, and of course, a lot of things can happen that will transform who you are and have an impact on your life. The problem is that we need to cultivate the ability to truly accept whatever comes and embrace it. Because everything happens for a good reason.

We need to develop the habit of looking at whatever happens through a positive mindset instead of a negative, defeatist one.

Of course, life will bring many challenges, such as the death of someone we love, and it’s not easy to motivate them when we’re suffering and wishing those things would have never happened. But if we start cultivating acceptance in our lives right now, we’ll likely cope with future crises in a different way and view them from a different perspective. We will accept instead or resisting. Few days ago my one of close friend broke friendship with her bff it’s really hard for her but now she lives peacefully without her.

Thank you so much for reading my writing . If you like to share your point of view so please share I like to hear about it😊. If you don’t like my writing please mentioned in comment . I like to hear my faults and I try to improve it. At last my request is if you see any grammatical mistakes in this blog please mentioned in comment because I’m not good in English.

Likes and comments are heartwarming welcome.

I don’t see any grammatical spelling errors. You wrote very well and I fully agree with what you suggested here. Rather than playing the victim or focusing on what you don’t have, or can’t do, put your energies into something you can do, or change, and accept the rest! Peace to you!
